Sending Bulk Partner Invites

To onboard new partners to the Travel ledger platform, you will need to invite a dedicated Admin user from each company to access the TL platform and take ownership of their own User ID.
The company invites are sent from the Partners area > Invite Partners:
To send a simple invite and have the user create their own company profile:
You will need to prepare a CSV file with the users they want to invite to the platform. These points should be considered while preparing a CSV file:
One user per line
Email is required in the second column, and the email must be valid.
The .csv file can be created in a spreadsheet and should look like the image below:
You should then upload the .csv file. Go to Invite Partners page and upload the CSV file by dragging and dropping the file in the drop box (image below) or by clicking on it to initiate the file selection from your computer.
When the file has been selected there is a validation step giving information that you are about to send the invites to the email addresses from the csv file. Click the Send Invites button at the bottom of the page.
If there are invalid fields in the file a warning message will be displayed in the validation section.

You can visit Settings > Users to see a list of the invites that were successfully sent:
For every invite sent, the invitee will receive an email as below:
When a company has its first user sign up to the platform, they will be responsible for reviewing and accepting the Travel Ledger terms and conditions. If the person who receives the initial invite is not responsible for this task they can forward their invite on to a suitable stakeholder to complete the initial registration process. Once registered, this stakeholder can then invite the original invitee to the platform.
