To transact with partners using your TL Pay Account, there is no major change to the usual Seller upload process and Buyer review.
The key difference is that you must ensure there are sufficient funds in your TL Pay Account once the Buyer review window closes and before the collection takes place. We are developing notifications to support this, however for now you can use the currency balance tiles to check your balance. If you require additional funds, you will need to send funds to your TL Pay Account.
Your transfer of funds needs to be in your TL Pay Account prior to the collection taking place. For example, if you are using our suggested weekly settlement plan, you can see that Thursday is the key date for funds to be transferred to TL Pay:
