Where Sellers are uploading large files to the platform, we have improved the user experience to better support this.
Now, when you select 'upload' you will receive an on screen notification that your file upload is in progress. For smaller files, you may find that once you close the notification box that your transactions are ready to review. For larger files, you can immediately view the progress of your file submission in Settings>Data Delivery. An email notification summarising the upload is sent upon completion of the load.
If Auto commit uploaded invoices has not been selected, once the transactions upload is complete they are displayed in the grid on the upload page. If auto commit is selected then the transactions from the file will automatically be submitted to Buyers for review, without any furthur input from the Seller.
