In ‘Transactions>Bookings/remittances/import files we now display the ‘Processing Entity’ a transaction belongs to. As the scope of the platform widens to new partners beyond ABTA, there is a need to display the ‘Processing Entity’ transactions are associated with, be that through a Processing Entity (PE) such as ABTA or Advantage or, in the next phase, a direct partner-to-partner Commercial Link without a PE in the middle.
The ‘Processing Entity’ is referenced in its own column in the Bookings, Remittance, and Import File grids, and will also reflect in the grid exports. Additionally, the ‘Processing Entity’ column has been applied to Task Scheduler Reports as a new column.
After the session timeout event occurs (after 4 hours of now activity), the user will now immediately be returned to the login screen. Some users have given feedback that they are still able to action tasks in the platform after the timeout which then do not save, this change prevents this and ensures users log back in before undertaking any tasks.
All fields that reference date and time have been updated to respect the time zone and country of a user's company. This has been applied to the following areas:
Transactions - grid in import file tab
Transactions - Grid in remittances tab
Notifications
Commercial links/Biz terms/Payments/Settlement schedule
Data delivery
Task scheduler
There have been several fixes made to the Company List page:
1). Fix applied to return all relevant company records when searching
2). Changes have also been implemented to accurately display inherited commercial links in the Buyer/Seller commercial link fields
3). Column sorting has been implemented
4). Under 'subscription status' the filter for 'cancelled' had a typo which has been corrected.
When inviting a user to the platform (Settings>Companies and Users), on completion of the invite form the user is now presented with a 'Send Invite' button rather than a 'Save' button, making the action clearer to the user.
