To maximise what is displayed to you, try and ensure your zoom is set to 100%.
We have made efforts through the 'Quick views' to ensure columns displayed are relevant to the user and view. However, you may find that, depending on your role, there will be certain columns that aren’t always relevant to you.
To remove columns, you select the columns button and untick those that you wish to remove.
The order of the columns in the platform is done by default, however you are free to change things around based on your preferences. You can drag and drop columns into your preferred order. Your sorting and columns removal will apply to any exports you make from the view.
You can also resize the columns to fit more into your immediate view, limiting the need to scroll.
Please note, these changes are saved to your computer. This means that every time you log in on the same machine they display will remain as you have previously configured it. If you log in on a different computer you will find the settings are returned to the default.
Check that you have selected the Quick View that applies to your company type (Buyer or Seller) and the time frame you need:
Once you have selected the relevant quick view, check the date based columns for filters, for example 'Review End' or 'Payment' columns to see if the date range filter applied suits your needs as this can be amended to search a different range of transactions.
There are a couple of ways of doing this depending on the information you prefer to see.
Using the remittance tab, you can search by collection submission, collection, payment submission or payment dates to review remittance advice. once you have populated the remittance advice date filter for the remittance you wish to review, you can see the individual remittance by partner. these individual remittances can be expanded with the downward arrow on their left, displaying to you the list of transactions associated to the remittance. This is the best method to use from a bank credit and debit perspective.
If you prefer to see an overview on a transaction by transaction basis, you can use the bookings tab. By navigating the relevant 'past' quick view and selecting the relevant 'review end' or 'payment' date filter, you can review the full list of transactions related to a specific collection/payment date.
Data is exportable from both of these options, you can also set up regular data exports in the task scheduler for transactions and remittance which will deliver this data to you automatically with the frequency set by you within this function.
If a transaction is greyed out it means it is not a part of the 'next cycle' or a 'future cycle' and as such the window for the buyer to accept/amend/reject it has passed. The buyer would need to speak directly to the seller to arrange for the transaction to be re-committed to the platform.
Through in platform management, you can only accept bookings in bulk (using the select all or multi tick box options). Amendments and rejections need to be done on an item by item basis.
We do have a Updating Booking (Accept/Reject) through Buyer Download & Upload File which can be managed offline to accept, amend and reject by uploading a file into the platform.
Filter reset only applies to filters, not to column display. The display more or less columns you need to amend those enabled by selecting them in the column button.
If you expand a remittance item, the full list of transactions included in a remittance can be downloaded using the Export button in the sub-grid. make sure you scroll to the far right as you will find the export button in the top right hand corner of the sub grid.
To print data from Travel Ledger, the best solution is to take your data put of the platform by Exporting Data & Reconciliation or Scheduling Reports in Task Schedulerand then printing the data exports these two options provide you with.
