You can use the same credentials in the platform to act as both a buyer and a seller. Just remember to toggle between the different Buyer and Seller 'Quick Views' in the Transactions>Bookings page, depending on which user type you want to check transactions for.

You may need to check you are using the right email address which you can check with your administrator. if you are the only company admin please contact Travel Ledger Support Desk.
If you have the correct email address but have forgotten your password, you can use the 'forgotten password' link on the login page to generate a new password email. the email will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to create a new password.
If the problem is with two factor authentication, please contact your company admin who can reset this for you. If you are the only company admin, please contact Travel ledger Support Desk.
