Settlement Schedules

As the final element before creating a Commercial Link, you will need to configure a Settlement Schedule. A Settlement Schedule contains multiple rules that control the timing of the various “Settlement Cycles”.

Settlement Schedules are configured under Payments -> Settlement Schedules:

By clicking on the Create button, users are able to specify when a cycle starts. By setting a “Settlement day/time” the user is determining when totals are calculated in order to drive the various payment instructions.

Settlement day/time determines how the buyer review windows are open and closed and which bookings falls within a specific period (or a subsequent one), for example if a booking is in the next or a future cycle.

Once Payment Profiles, Business Terms, Settlement Schedules are created the user can go ahead to Commercial Link Creation
