Release 1.12.0 (07/09/2022)
Guidance notes on the release 1.12.0
Improvements
Extended File Format for Seller Uploads
In addition to the standard file format, we have developed an extended file format for Sellers uploading and committing transactions to their Buyers. This comma separated variable (CSV) format file is more expansive and flexible, it supports additional and larger fields to allow extended booking information to be loaded and displayed in the Travel Ledger platform.
The extended file format gives Sellers the opportunity to submit additional data to their Buyers, such as:
Currency
Nett amount
Commission
Sell Amount
Deposit/Balance Indicator
Due Date
Tax
Voucher/Ticket number
confirmation number
product type
destination
destination country
3 optional data fields to use as you wish
Seller notes
Guidance on the implementation of this new feature can be found on the Extended File Format (Full Version) page.
New Option for a Collection Specific Scheduled Task
We have added the ability to run a scheduled task specific to the last collection. The data can be retrieved by either the collection start date or the date the transactions were committed, this will be used for automated delivery tasks and will return all transactions included in the selected collection. This additional criteria applies to both the Seller Rec and Transactions templates available in the task scheduler.
There is also the option to select exact past date collections for one-time downloads.
Changes to Quick View default filters in Transactions>Bookings Grid
The Past quick view filter (Buyer and PE) will be defaulted to the latest ''Payment date'.
The Seller Past view is currently filtered by last collection date however the Collection column is not included by default in the Seller past view. The collection column will be included in the Seller Past quick view, and the current filter logic will be kept.
Bugs
Settlement Status not displaying - Resolved
Where updates to the settlement status, during the settlement, were failing to update (for example when a collection fails), this problem has now being resolved and settlement statuses are reflected correctly in the Transaction grids.
