Commercial Links required

An introduction to CLs for TL Pay Accounts.

TL Pay specific Commercial Links (CLs) are required before you can transact. These can be created by Sellers only.

The configuration of CLs follows the standard process. As this has previously been managed by processing entities, our support team will guide you through the implementation of new Commercial Links when you set up your TL Pay Account.

Please note that it is not possible to have more than one CL between the same partners. For example, you cannot have a CL under direct debit and also one under TL Pay with the same partners. You will need to archive your old CL to create a new one.
