# TL Pay Dashboard

How to use the TL Pay dashboard to manage your accounts

**The TL Pay Dashboard** provides a central view of all your payment accounts, allowing you to easily manage and monitor activity across your organisation.

### Accounts and cards: two dashboards

TL Pay separates account management from card management across two dashboards — this page covers the accounts side:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="182" valign="middle">Screen</th><th valign="middle">What it manages</th><th valign="middle">Typical tasks</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td valign="middle"><strong>TL Pay Dashboard (this page)</strong></td><td valign="middle">Your accounts and your funds</td><td valign="middle">Check balances, fund an account, withdraw, move funds between accounts, add new payment methods, create sub-accounts, rename accounts, set up default account for TL2TL payments</td></tr><tr><td valign="middle"><strong>TL Pay Virtual Cards</strong></td><td valign="middle">The cards issued from each sub-account</td><td valign="middle">Create cards, track charges, edit or block cards, view logs, raise disputes, export card statements, monitor exposure</td></tr></tbody></table>

In summary: funds are managed on the Accounts Dashboard; cards are managed on the Virtual Cards Dashboard.

### Your accounts at a glance

Accounts are grouped by purpose - TL 2 TL Accounts (on-platform settlement) and Virtual Cards Accounts. Each tile shows its currency, status, name, available balance and banking provider, with two controls: **Manage** (the account’s workspace) and the **two-arrow icon** for moving funds between your accounts within the same provider.&#x20;

This includes:

* **TL2TL** (on platform settlement) Accounts connected to Adyen
* **TL2TL** (on platform settlement) Accounts using NIUM or Revolut
* **TL2TL Account statuses**: an **Active** account is live and usable for TL Pay transactions. **Disabled** means it isn’t currently enabled - typically pending migration to a new provider, setup not yet completed or account not yet activated/de-activated.
* **Multiple companies or entities?** Each entity has its own dashboard view - switch between them using the drop-down at the top right.
* **Accounts with virtual card issuance** set-up, connected to Adyen:

<summary><mark style="color:purple;"><strong>Moving funds between Adyen accounts</strong></mark> </summary>

**Move Funds** transfers money instantly between your own TL Pay accounts - for example, topping up a Virtual Cards sub-account from your main account ahead of expected charges, or rebalancing between sub-accounts. Because the funds are already within TL Pay, the move completes immediately rather than waiting on bank transfer timescales.

**Availability:** Move Funds operates between **Adyen accounts only**. The move icon does not appear on NIUM or Revolut account tiles, and non-Adyen accounts are not offered as destinations.

#### Step 1 - Select the accounts and amount <a href="#step-1-select-the-accounts-and-amount" id="step-1-select-the-accounts-and-amount"></a>

1. On the TL Pay Accounts Dashboard, select the **two-arrow icon** on the account you want to move funds *from*.

<figure><img src="https://3714949765-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MacUE666EkqnejMK9CH%2Fuploads%2FJyab0fXnPPqYHDxhqpdn%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2d9514d2-0391-458e-9f87-51dde88a1a4a" alt=""><figcaption><p>The Move icon on an account tile</p></figcaption></figure>

2. **From Account** is fixed to the tile you selected, showing its currency, account name and available balance for reference — it cannot be changed here. To move funds from a different account, close the dialog and start from that tile instead.
3. Open **To Account** and choose the destination. The list shows your other Adyen accounts for the same company, each with its account name and current balance.

<figure><img src="https://3714949765-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MacUE666EkqnejMK9CH%2Fuploads%2FkrzyTqg3SPS8a6v4xkuy%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=b92396c3-76dc-49b3-8662-9084198cf3e7" alt=""><figcaption><p>The destination list shows your other Adyen accounts with their balances</p></figcaption></figure>

4. Enter the **Amount to Move**. The amount is validated against the source account’s available balance; **Amount to Receive** confirms what will land in the destination account.

<figure><img src="https://3714949765-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MacUE666EkqnejMK9CH%2Fuploads%2FAmDKxKeLIZSOK5bwD10d%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=e3ea8a43-0bc9-49f5-8e78-7a7216796369" alt=""><figcaption><p>Amount to move with Amount to Receive shown below</p></figcaption></figure>

#### Step 2 - Confirm <a href="#step-2-confirm" id="step-2-confirm"></a>

Review the summary - the amount leaving the source account and the amount arriving in the destination - then select **Confirm Move**. A confirmation is displayed and the balances update immediately.
